Lewistown Orthodox Presbyterian Church

Sunday school begins at 9:30am but is on pause in June & July. We will resume in Aug. 2026.

Reaching the lost in Lewistown

“I have many in this city who are my people” (Acts 18:10). The bad news of human reality is that we are all sinners deserving God’s wrath and justice, but the good news is that Jesus Christ has satisfied God’s justice for his people at the cross, rising from the dead, and ascending into heaven. He has won our redemption, and we receive these blessings by faith alone.

This is the focal point of everything we do, and a critical part of what you will hear each Sunday with us. “For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified” (1 Corinthians 2:2).

Worship in Spirit and in Truth

Hebrews 12:28 tells Christians, “Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe.” The image to the left gives you a sample of what worship with us in Lewistown looks like. We believe worship is a dialogue between God and his people, where he speaks through his Word and we respond with prayer and praise.

We believe that worship should be musically rich, and that the focus should be on God.
